If you’re a blogger, online entrepreneur, or small business owner who isn’t using Pinterest, I’m going to take a risk and suggest you’re missing out on traffic, potential customers, and, most importantly, sales.

You may not realize it, but Pinterest is a huge deal, and a large majority of businesses (especially those that sell or serve online!) profit from using Pinterest and promoting their brand there.

Don’t believe me?

Pinterest has over 442 million active users… per month, according to the latest statistics.

Over 25% of Pinterest usage is related to finding, or buying products, which is higher than any other social media platform.

77% of monthly users said they used the app to find products or brands on Pinterest, saying it’s a huge part of their decision making process.

Men are beginning to use Pinterest and are actively searching 62 percent more than the average Pinner, despite the fact that women make up the majority of Pinterest users.

When I first started using Pinterest over 5 years ago, I was blown away by how much traffic it bought to my website. When I was consistent with it, it only continued to grow!

Let’s be real though;

Regardless of what I’ve just said, it’s important for you to know something.

Pinterest can be fantastic, but it can also be confusing, stressful, or even boring. It occasionally throws you a curveball that leaves you scratching your head, even if you’ve been doing using it for a long time.

So here’s some useful advice:

Make sure you have a Pinterest strategy in place

… but do you really have time to manage a Pinterest strategy when you have a business to run?

You should be spending your time focusing on the activities in which you are an expert, and outsourcing the few tasks that overwhelm you, to someone else – like a Pinterest Manager!

Pinterest is one of those jobs that many people think should be outsourced, so here are four indicators you’re ready to hire a Pinterest Manager !

1: You want to generate traffic from Pinterest, but you’re too busy to figure it out

You’ve heard amazing things about Pinterest, but you simply don’t have the time to put in the effort required to figure it out. Then there’s the demand for consistency to keep it effective!

You can’t do everything. While you may want to go everywhere and manage everything yourself, you only have 24 hours in a day. It’s important to concentrate your time on the duties that you excel at and outsource other responsibilities to individuals who can do them better than you, for you. That’s just good business sense!

Why not outsource control of your Pinterest account to someone who knows what they’re doing so you can concentrate on other aspects of your company?

2: The thought of developing a Pinterest strategy is overwhelming.

You’ve gotten as far as downloading the app, but you’re overwhelmed and put it off again. “Is it necessary for me to use Tailwind?” ” What do you think of SproutSocial?” ” I’m not sure where to begin with Pinterest SEO.” ” A  group board with 4k members is a good thing, isn’t it? No?”

Even if you have the time to dedicate to Pinterest, the vast amount of information available might be overwhelming. Sure, you could buy all the current courses in the hopes of figuring out the “ideal” technique, but how do you ensure they’re up to date on the latest trends and recommendations? Then you find yourself deleting the app and completely forgetting about it… again!

Allowing someone else to create and maintain your Pinterest strategy will save you not just time, but also money (and headaches!)

3: You spend plenty of time on Pinterest, but you’re not seeing the benefits.

Pinning your blog posts to Pinterest and group boards is part of your daily routine. You believe your profile is engaging… When it comes to your traffic, though… *crickets*. You’re not sure where you’re going wrong, and you’re tired of putting in the time and effort to see no results.

Why not work with someone who can support you in developing a more effective approach so that your hard work pays off?

Think you’re ready to work with a Pinterest Manager?

Whichever mindset you’re in, there’s no denying that hiring Pinterest Manager sounds like a pretty good idea. Well, you’re in luck because that’s exactly what I do – who’s have thought, eh!

As your Pinterest Manager, I can:

  • Increase your brand awareness both on and off Pinterest
  • Save you time (no more spending hours a day pinning your content in the hope of getting a couple of clicks!)
  • Get rid of your Pinterest-related headaches!
