If you have an issue with downloading a product, please contact us via hello[@]growwithleah.com immediately. Your purchase will be confirmed and the issue resolved as soon as possible. Please note emails received outside of business hours (GMT) may receive a delayed reply.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
